missingWrote a review on Sept 27lovely roomgood foodslow servicelimited dining spaceconfusion during breakfast
The room was well-presented and clean, making for a comfortable stay. However, the dining experience was lacking due to slow service and confusion about table availability, especially during breakfast. The food itself had good offerings like homemade pastries, but waiting times left much to be desired. This hotel urgently needs to improve its dining coordination.

I had a lovely night here where I enjoyed the clean, comfy room and a delicious dinner at the restaurant, which was a nice surprise. The hotel offers both a cozy lounge and a 24-hour snack bar, perfect for unwinding anytime. The only thing was the breakfast could have been a bit pricier, but it was still satisfying overall. 😊

Our stay at Ibis Birmingham Airport Terminal Building, Nec was fantastic! The room was clean and surprisingly quiet, making it easy to get a good night's sleep before our early flight. The Double Room was like a cozy little retreat. Super comfy bed that hugged you for a great sleep! It was clean and quiet which was perfect after a long day. And the shower pod was unique and refreshing. A little downside was that it got quite warm, and I noticed some crumbs on the floor from previous guests. But overall, it was a solid place to crash before an early flight.

Great spot near NEC!
I stayed for 3 nights with my partner. The place was super bright and modern, and the staff were really friendly. Breakfast was great, and we enjoyed dinner one night too. Just wish the heating worked better. The room was clean, but the bathroom felt kinda cramped for my taste. Perfect for NEC trips though!
